The funny thing is, the larger and more populer the advertising site is, the more it costs and the less traffic it generates, not difficult to see why, when you actually land on one of these sites, and your property is one of 1185 properties listed, and navigating the site is hopeless, the potential customer has to go through too many hurdles to actually make a booking, so the only ones making money here are the big sites overcharging people to add their property.

I have (so far) three sites for owners to list their Dordogne property, and my approach is different, and has proven to work. My Dordogne Accommodation Rental sites are ONLY for Dordogne properties, all the information about the property is clear and simple, the potential customer can find your property on my sites, and with one click be taken to your own website, where hopefully they will make a booking.

My sites are purely targeted for the Dordogne Accommodation market, not France or Europe or the world, just Dordogne. So anyone that lands on my sites, are there because they are looking for accommodation in the Dordogne.

And the best news of all, you can list your property FREE, no commisions, no startup fee, no registration fee. All I request is that your profile is complete and up to date, and a link or banner is added to your site that links back to me. Any site that is not complete, or up to date will be removed.

These are new sites, and Free is Free for everyone, but at some point I will start charging a small fee, but this will never be for properties that are already listed.

I also have packages that allow the owner more options.
